The man had been captured the day before by Kurdish forces, the peshmerga.
He had fought with ISIS for approximately 1 year.
In the interview the prisoner speaks about ISIS’s aims, the Yazidis, beheading, and recounts the actual “oath” he gave when joined the organization.
